In this workshop, we emphasise on bringing variation in Toppings, sauces, inserts, filling and mousse.
We discuss, the styling of the cheesecake and presentation of the final product.
A detailed recipe booklet will be shared along with wonderful tips and tricks.
Both egg and eggless recipe will be shared. Some of them are baked while some are chilled.
Lots of techniques and additional recipes of sauces and toppings will be discussed.
