Simple! For sometime forget your mother-tongue, keep your circle of friends who can't converse with you in your mother-tongue. Watch anything and everything in YouTube or TV in the prefered language which you would like to master it. Later, dream in your dream language which you want to expertise. Never mind the mistakes you make, keep the heads high. Look into their eyes and speak boldly, boldly make mistakes, that's okay! The more you make mistakes, the more you master.
