May be it can sound a bit unrealistic. But can try out this trick. Try to watch more movies/series/video from Hollywood with English subtitle and at the same time observe how the communication is happening among the people, their pronunciation,expression. So at the same time you are gaining the knowledge for 3 things. At the same time try to utter the lines by yourself and there won't be much embarrassment to correct out the things when no one is around. Slowly try to speak with your colleagues / friends without having any hesitation, because so much of knowledgeable person also don't say everything perfectly. This will build your confidence gradually and try to talk more in English in any formal circumstances. This will give better impression too.
