IdentityI am a yoga teacher with a deep passion and interest in movement. I practice and teach Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Philosophy. My teaching approach focuses on using the body as a tool to gain mastery of the mind which is the ultimate aim of yoga. Through Hatha and dynamic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa, I guide students toward physical and mental resilience, while meditation and Yoga Nidra offer a space for deep relaxation, inner reflection, self discovery, mental and spiritual growth. My classes aim to empower individuals to explore their highest selves, fostering harmony and balance both on and off the mat. Other than this, I’m also into strength, weight training and movement in general.
