Ofcourse there is a difference. If your ABC.h is present in the same directory where main program exists ABC.h is enough otherwise you need to specify complete path. Plz msg me if you need

Is Atom IDE slower because it's written in JavaScript, compared to others that are written in C++, C, etc.?

I have been using Atom it's not slow by the way it is not complete IDE but it's a text editor. It is developed GitHub which has huge support from open source community.

In Java programming, what are the differences between the functions of 'int' and 'int []' when working with an array?

INT type of function return type is int where as for int return type is int array.
