Aerobics Yoga is Physical exercise which covers "Top-To-Toe" where we combine both the steps and the poses in a shape of a dance and enjoy doing it with soft, jazz & rock music.
You will have 100% weight loss, good muscle tone, will have good flexibility & shape in your body and a good positivity mind in terms of physically and mentally as Yoga is also included in this.
