"Skating class mentioned above as TT not listed. The old lady managing the TT room for 7 pm to 8 pm is very rude, uses Kannada abuses which are degrading and insulting and racist and she arrives 15 minutes before the booking period and asks customers to get out. Worst service and behaviour towards customers. Please take strict action and not hire such low class people who abuses customers for no reason and when there are no mistake from customers end. There was a 65 year old retired person with heart issues who had to face these abuses and lose his cool. Please fire this lady if you want to treat your customers fairly. "
