How to explain the self introduction in interview?

The first step would be to : 1) Greet the interviewer 2) Give your name 3)Place where you reside 4)Your academic qualifications 5)Name of your institution 6) Awards and Accolades 7)Major Subject 8) Research /Case Studies you may have done. 9)Reason for pursuing a job 10) People Pleaser (a skill you must have) 11) Work experience 12) List 3 strengths and weaknesses. 13)Highlight a mission statement which is strong and describes you. For eg: Actions speak louder than words. 14) Talk about who is your role model. If it someone from your family ,they their occupation. 15) Your hobbies and interests. 16) Then your Life''s aim which would be short term and long term goals. 17) Then wrap it up with a good conclusion by thanking the interviewer for his or her time and summarize the points above in brief. read less

Never start with your name,start with the things you like,you do,you want to do, things which inspires you. Why you want to be with them, projects you had done+ from where & when(summer/winter internships etc.) I suggest start with your skills & hobbies then go on to tell them the things you had done (experiences/ internships/ projects). read less
