"Tutor does not have patience to handle a Six year old Kid. Just after one class she concluded that he is very hyper and suggested that we not continue. I had already paid for 4 classes. When I enquired about the fees paid, I was told balance will not be paid back as per Urban Pro Policy. Sincere suggestion and request, going forward first take two sessions for kids and then decide whether you want to enroll them or not. Every kid has different temperament, you cannot judge based on one class. End of the day its your talent how you manage them. Very disappointed with this experience. "
