Fluency in any subject comes with knowledge, and as you increase your understanding of the subject, you build your confidence and as confidence is made, so is the attitude. So I would suggest you gather words by taking small steps like reading newspapers, listening to English news channels and trying to read that news in front of the mirror. It gets more manageable for you to move to short stories and eventually to big novels. Try to record yourself reading this would help you understand the pronunciation and compare it to the Google generated word pronunciations or with someone ready to speak to you in English and correct you without any judgment. You can also watch English movies subtitle on; this will increase your reading speed and improve your spoken English.
It may seem hard initially, and you may be made fun of because of your broken English but always remember practice makes a man perfect. So never get disheartened by such comments and keep on improving your skill.
Good luck!
