"One of the major hurdle with the working professionals is the consistency of attending classes. With Ranjni ma'am, this won't be a problem anymore. Ma'am gives individual attention to each and every students and tracks them according to their potential. Thus there is no fear/apprehension of being lost in the middle of the course. One of the major area where I have improved is the English Grammar. Now I do not make mistakes like "I has" or "He have". This sound so cliche but they are simple but very deadly mistakes. These do not go away easily. Now, I automatically spot error while writing mails or conversing with colleagues/friends. The group discussion in the class helped me in forming my own opinion/view on any topic in a very crisp and clear form. I still practice the tongue twisters which helped me in the accent neutralization. Looking back, I am happy with my decision of improving my English language skill from Ranjni Ma'am. And by paraphrasing her words - It is just the beginning. We need constant practice to improve and become better. And the practice continues. I recommend this class to everyone who want to improve their language, confidence and soft skills. "

"I was looking for Advanced english communication classes in mid week of December, that time i got to know about Ranjani ma'am from Urban pro, After i read reviews and checked location, I called her fixed one day to discuss details. After talking for 5-10 min she told me, i should go for English intermediate course after joining classes, I learnt a lot and brush up my grammar skills. "This is first time I had taken home tutoring for ilets exam, at first when I started looking out for ilets coaching I was bit skeptical how home tutoring service is best than traditional class room model. I met Ms Ranjini and knew she would prepare me well for the exam, sliver lining is that even though if one is good at English, they need to pair up with a mentor or coach to crack any competitive exams like ilets, Gre, Gmat as it is not about how one is fluent in English but it is all about techniques in bringing out the best during the exam and this is what we get from the coach.
