Hi Chandan. To be fluent in English you have tonstart thinking in English. I mean to say when we try to talk in English we first construct or translate a word in English and then speak. Here, you have to think about the word and its meaning in English and then use it. Secondly, you should work on verbs and helping verbs like - is,am,are,was,were,has,have,had, will,shall etc also keep in mind the tense you are talking about
