I hold a Master’s degree in Arts with English as my major, equipping me with a strong academic foundation in literature, linguistics, and language pedagogy. My passion for teaching began early, as I conducted English tuitions, helping students enhance their language skills and comprehension. Professionally, I have accumulated extensive experience as a corporate trainer, specializing in communication and soft skills. At the start of my career, I dedicated five years as a Voice and Accent Trainer in a reputed international BPO, where I honed employees' spoken English, pronunciation, and customer interaction skills. This role not only strengthened my expertise in phonetics and communication training but also provided valuable insights into global communication standards. My transition into corporate training allowed me to design and deliver impactful learning programs tailored to professionals from diverse industries. With this blend of academic knowledge and practical training experience, I am eager to bring my expertise into an academic setting, fostering language proficiency and critical thinking skills among students.
