IdentityShweta Purswani is Senior Manager - Corporate and Institutional Banking Group at RBL Bank wherein she is instrumental in handling relationship with large corporates based out of Gujarat. She has industry experience of over 4 years and has previously worked with ICICI Bank (large corporates segment) and consultancy firm engaged in debt restructuring advisory services.
Shweta is Chartered Accountant and post graduate in commerce. She is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Certified Credit Research Analyst and Certified Credit Professional.
She is selected among Top 100 Women in Finance in India in 2020 by AIWMI and also National Winner of Credit Research Challenge 2020 organized by AIWMI.
She has presented a paper on Stumbling Blocks in Financial Systems at International youth symposium. She had been invited as guest speaker in various B-schools and has also conducted financial literacy sessions to spread financial awareness.
She is pursuing her PhD in finance from GLS University.
