So learning english is not at all difficult, all you need to do is build up your confidence. You'll learn most of english by reading. Why we usually have separate summer and winter uniforms?

Because of the temperature, We need to maintain our body temperature. Our body can't handle too heat or too cold weather. So we wear clothes accordingly.
