IdentityFitness world is a fitness center located in Ambawadi area, where we take of Physical Fitness of an individual. we do Fitness assessment and then suggest exercises for the improvement and the maintenance of it. In the process the target of weight loss and body shaping can be achieved with better health.
Because health can not be possible without Physical Fitness.
We run the Indian Institute of Fitness and Sports Medicine, wherein we conduct the Health/Fitness Instructor Training course. The course is about Anatomy, exercise physiology, science of weight loss and weight management, effect of exercise in disease prevention and rehabilitation. After certification he/she can work as a certified trainer in Health club- aerobic classes.
