IdentityI am Kalpesh Shah known as Kalp Shah. I teach GST, customs, foreign trade policy and export import. I am having experience of 4 years of teaching and consultancy of indirect taxes. I practice in Indirect taxes only. so I teach what I practice and consult to my clients. I am export import consultant also.
I advise my clients about Export related GST, GST refund in cases of Export with payment of IGST, GST refund in cases of export without payment of IGST (LUT) model, Foreign trade policy matters like Advance EPCG licence, Advance Authorisation, FEMA (RBI) policy for exporters etc.
As mentioned above, I teach whay In practice and consult to my clients. So, my students get practical exposure of GST and Exim related matters.
