Draw an overall or individualized training & development plan that addresses needs & expectations. Deploy a wide variety of training methods for overall development. Conduct effective induction & orientation sessions. Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success by utilizing proper resources of available budget. My belief is that students make choices, and most of the time there are natural consequences for these choices.
