My career has led me to specialise increasingly in the management of the complex multi-cultural organisation. I have experience in sales & marketing within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to achieve; before to the deadlines (not to speak of crisis management where necessary); and the application of modern leadership methods (through team motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other industry, together with a command of over a universal language, have also lifted me confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different approaches to otherwise common problems. The teaching is much more simplex in nature compare to corporate& it become more rooted when the one is teaching what he is actually in applying in the extreme conditions of the real world of management& corporate.
