The life cycle of Agile software development typically consists of the following stages: 1. *Vision and Roadmap*: Define the project's vision, goals, and high-level requirements. 2. *Product Backlog Creation*: Develop a prioritized list of user stories and requirements (Product Backlog). 3. *Sprint Planning*: Choose top-priority items from the Product Backlog for the upcoming iteration (Sprint). 4. *Sprint*: Develop, test, and refine the selected user stories during the Sprint (usually 2-4 weeks). 5. *Daily Scrum*: Hold daily meetings to discuss progress, plans, and obstacles. 6. *Sprint Review*: Demonstrate the working software to stakeholders and gather feedback. 7. *Sprint Retrospective*: Reflect on the Sprint's successes and challenges to improve processes. 8. *Repeat*: Continuously iterate through Sprints, refining and adding new features. 9. *Release*: Deploy the working software to production when ready. 10. *Maintenance*: Continuously monitor, update, and refine the software post-release. Agile's iterative and incremental approach allows for flexibility, adaptation, and continuous improvement throughout the life cycle. read less
