When key stakeholders are not actively involved in the project or fail to provide timely feedback, it can lead to misalignment between the project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.

  2. Poorly Defined Requirements: Agile relies on adaptive planning and welcomes changing requirements. However, inadequate initial requirements or constant changes without proper prioritization can result in confusion, scope creep, and a lack of clear direction, ultimately impacting project success.
