Briefschreibung - Letter Writing in German

The essential elements for the Goethe Start Deutsch/telc A1 and Goethe Zertifikat/telc A2 are:

1. Appropriate Salutation
2. Punctuation, right usage of small/capital letters and simple sentences
3. Appropriate Greetings

Tips:

1. Signature is NOT required; you can simply write any name.
2. One may start the letter with Hallo” or, Hi”.
3. For every point that is given to you in the exercise write at least two sentences each
   
4. Even the minimum word count for is 30 and 40 for A1 and A2 respectively, it’s entirely okay for write around 50 words as you have plenty of space.
5. Try to write covering all the given points, read and understand the tone (formal/informal) of the letter, use the appropriate pronoun (du/ihr/Sie) and subsequent verb conjugation.
6. There’s a comma after the salutations, but there’s no comma after the greetings!!
