Hello I have completed my bachelors degree(ece)in the year 2013 . As to get a well software job immediately, can you just suggest me the course . So that i can learn it and hire at some good reputated company.... please help me out.

Hi such decisions are not to be made with haste. There is no good career or Bad career per se. VB, .Net, PHP, JScript, Oracle, Linux, C++ SQL, Hadoop, Redis are a few technologies. More importantly you need to know what you'd do and develop a career on functional specialisation (whether you want work managing IBM's Servers) or if you'd rather be a developer of content or if you'd develop apps for clients on SaaS. You could chuck all of these and be a R&D developer designing and maintaining complex algorithms on servers. You could be just a manager logging feedback, wherein you need to know just VBA and Excel. You could choose role of project manager. At this moment you'd need to gather support on 2 aspects - Industry (type of Job) so that you gather a fair kowledge of the Industry as a developer/ coder, and then obtain specialised skiils for a role, targeting say 20-30 organisations, which suit your CV. In the meantime, you can hone your skills, via GitHub or or other forums, and earn as freelancer till you land in your perfect job. The decision is yours, earning is never too slow in any domain, remember the technologies, the role, the Growth Prospect (ability to work on different projects) etc, and off course the wages and weigh in using your objective function. Also availability of seniors/ Industrial meetup contacts who can help you not only build skills but inform you of changes in the sector and overall emerging oppurtunities is a plus point in your decision. Till we have Laptops and In premises Hosted Servers, job of a C/C++ architect and OS architect is alive. By then you shall have migrated into newer tools, and a more abstract management role. What is your interest? That will be the first question to be asked. That can answer to your actual question. Suppose say you are interested to work on embedded systems, then go for the training related to that (C, Linux, etc...). If you are interested to work on data analytics, then go for Python. If you are interested to work on application side, then go for Java. But I am not sure will you be really interested to work on application side, as you are from E and CE background. So, basically you need to first decide what is your area of interest of work. You need to think from long term perspective. read less
