All you need to do is — refer at least one tutor, trainer or owner of an institute, who can teach under the following heads:

• Hobby classes

• School tuition,

• College tuition,

• Exam preparation

• IT courses Languages.

How this works:

1.  Only referrals who register latest by 31st January 2019 will be considered as valid referrals.

2. Refer everyone you know who works as a Tutor or Trainer or runs an Institute, for teaching any of these categories: Hobby Classes, School Tuition, College Tuition, Exam Preparation, IT Courses, Languages. 3. You will get 50 referral points for every Tutor you refer, who registers on UrbanPro. You will get additional 500 referral points for every Tutor, who opts for our premium subscription plans. 4. Top 50 referrers (in descending order of Total Referral Points accumulated during that month) will be picked from the leaderboard (as on 31st January 2019 by 11:59 pm).

5. Winners will be announced on 5th February 2019 by 5 pm.

6. Referrals will be valid only if they are NOT already a registered member of UrbanPro.

1. This Refer and Earn Program (“Program”) is sponsored by ThinkVidya Learning Private Limited, having its registered office address at Building # 15, 2nd floor, Opposite to Shoppers Stop, Bannerghatta Road, 3rd Phase, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076 (“Sponsor”). Entry (defined below) to the Program constitutes a Referrer’s (defined below) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding. Receiving a Referral Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Participating in the Program is voluntary. These Terms and Conditions shall be bound by all applicable national, state and local laws and regulations.

2. The Program is open to all individuals residing in India of the age of 18 years and above as on December 18, 2018.

3. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, those involved in the execution and administration of the Program and their immediate family members are not eligible to Entry under these Terms and Conditions.

4. This Program is open from December 18, 2018, until such period (“Program Duration”) as shall be notified to Referrers by Sponsor. The Referrer should continue to check UrbanPro for updates, as the Referrer will be deemed to have been notified of the close of this Program.

5. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Referrer during any given point of the Program Duration.

6. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any Referrer from participating in the Program if in its sole discretion, Sponsor finds such Referrer to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Program, or if the Referrer has repeatedly shown a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent, these Terms and Conditions. Any Referrer attempting to defraud or tamper with this Program in any way will be ineligible for Referral Prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent under Applicable Law. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms and Conditions.

7. The Referral Prize will be awarded based on the monthly leaderboard that will show the referral points earned by every Referrer. The referrer will get a gift voucher worth Rs 5000/-

8. The Referral Prizes for this contest will be announced latest by 5th of February 2019.

9. The terms and conditions of this contest are subject to change without prior notice.

10. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. UrbanPro reserves the right to substitute either any part of Prize or whole Prize for a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. To the extent only permitted by applicable law, UrbanPro reserves the right to use the winner’s image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of UrbanPro without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and all participants consent to the same.

12. Referrals will be valid only if they are not already a registered member of UrbanPro.

13. This Program is valid throughout India except in the States where prohibited under Applicable Law.

14. By Entry to this Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and warrant that you comply with all the requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

15. The Program is bound by the UrbanPro Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
