Sanjeev found his real passion when he helped a student pass the XI or XII standard, who failed for two consecutive years. This made Sanjeev ponder, how he can help more students with his teaching skills. Teaching happened accidentally to Sanjeev, but he found his passion in life. In just 5 years, Sanjeev has taught more than 2000 students and helped students accomplish their learning goals and improve their grades.

Here is an excerpt of the interview with Sanjeev: Q1. When and how you started as a Tutor? Ans. Becoming a Tutor was not in my plan. It all happened accidentally. In 2012, my campus placement letter was delayed by 10 months. I was extremely good at mathematics and problem solving, so I joined a Bank P.O. coaching institute in Kerala as a Trainer, to teach Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning. After that I joined Infosys as a Software Engineer in Bangalore. During my stay in Bangalore, I came across a student who failed to clear his 11^th / 12^th Standard Commerce exam for 2 years, and I took up the challenge. I taught him for two days before the exam and he finally passed the exam with 62 percentage. That incident gave me a ‘chance’ which made me took up ‘Tutoring’ as a career by choice. Over the years, U gave taught more than 2000 students and my students have done extremely well, motivating me to give my best and complete dedication.

Q2. What skills are required to become a good Tutor?

Ans. Only skill required for teaching is passion, rest skills will be automatically added.
