Ans. I have started training 10 years back in my previous office. I used to help people in different groups and LinkedIn for their technical challenges. I have taught more than 5,000 students across the globe, to achieve their dreams and goals.

Ans. One should have strong technical skills, apart from Automation Testing and JAVA. One must have confidence, risk taking abilities, humble, generous, ready to learn different technologies, patience, hard working and last but not the least Love and Passion for the profession.
