According to one of her students - "Her quality of teaching is really good, she clears all doubts really quickly and all chapters and poems are taught really well".
Our heartiest congratulations to Shveta Aggarwal!
Here is her experience & teaching journey in her own words:
1. When and why did you choose to become a Spoken English tutor?
Ans: It wasn't planned. I started with two students only but they were so satisfied that they recommended my classes to others who were looking for a language tutor. That's how I became a language trainer.
2. What skills are required to become a Spoken English tutor?
Ans: What I've learnt till now is that self-confidence is the key to learning anything. Undoubtedly the knowledge related to your profession is very important but along with it, a teacher must know how to motivate the students to learn. They must feel comfortable with their tutor.
3. How did you come across UrbanPro.com?
Ans: I came to know about it myself while looking for some educational sites.
4. What distinguishes you from other Spoken English tutors?
Ans: I don't believe in comparison. Every tutor has his/her own way of teaching. I believe in doing my work honestly and wholeheartedly. I'm passionate about teaching. Why is there a need to compare yourself from others?
5. What percentage of your students do you typically get from UrbanPro?
Ans: Currently, I'm not an established tutor on UrbanPro. I'm trying to adopt the platform provided by UrbanPro. I'm hoping to be established as an English tutor here.
6. What are your top recommendations to tutors who want to get more students?
Ans: Don't cheat your students. If you are unaware about something tell them. Work honestly and simplify the things for them. They're already confused, that's why they are here to learn from your experience. Don't make the learning process complicated for them.
