Ans. I have 18+ years of work experience in IT and non-IT field and was working as a Test Manager in a leading MNC. I worked on mission critical projects with US and UK customers and also been to USA three times. All these years, apart from my technical work, I was involved in training or mentoring of associates on Technical, Management and Soft Skills topics and have mentored hundreds of associates. During this journey, I also provided training in few institutes on Personality Development and MBA Finance.

Ans. A good communication trainer has to be creative to customize training based on students’ needs. Every person has his own strengths and weakness. Along with theory, relevant practical exercises need to be designed for enough practice during the sessions. Trainer has to take effort to motivate students during the session to make sure he/she continues with exercises even after the class.
A good trainer also needs to be enthusiastic and energetic to make sessions interesting. Trainer needs to focus on building and boosting confidence of students.
