As a native Estonian who has to speak in English almost every day, I have always found it hard to put my thoughts in spoken English. As a native Estonian who has to speak in English almost every day, I have always found it hard to put my thoughts in spoken English. I think my written English is decent but whenever I actually try to speak out loud, I will just encounter embarrassment. I wonder is it simply an anxiety issue? I speak to my partner in English (though we are both Estonians), and actually my English has got better. Unfortunately, I still feel a bit unconfident when it comes to speaking with native English speakers. I'd rather run to the opposite direction! «less

DHI, This is joswa. I am working as English trainer. Do mirror practice. It will help you to develop your spoken communication. Gather new words in English. "Nothing happen until you move" try hard and put a lot of effort, sure you can enhance your communication skills. Best of luck.
