Overview

Cooking is my hobby and started learning it by joining my mother during my days as an young boy. Early day training helped me to understand the nuances in cooking that include choosing the right raw materials and their optimum use. Worked abroad as a bachelor and cooked everyday to eat the food of my choice. Later after marriage and wife being an office goer continued with my kitchen mate and honed my skills further. Today with an accumulated experience of more than 40 years, I can prepare more than 100 items at ease and use my skill to make a beginner a confident cook.

Ofcourse tabletop grinder is for making batter only. Other than idly/dosa batter, you can make vada batter. urad dhall need to be ground without much water for making medhu vadas, otherwise while deep frying, it will absorb more oil. similarly, we can grind masal vada and batter for adais.

You can learn cooking easily and is not tough as interest only matters. Tips are available online, through books etc. Start trying and I am sure you will master it. All the best
