Anyone from a beginner's level to an intermediate level from the age of 16 to 50 years is welcome. If they are facing any kind of ailments, I will have to be informed prior to the class so that can be taken care of. Every student will receive the benefit of general fitness, weight loss, increased flexibility (unless severe ailments), better posture, with the help of basic and modified asanas from hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, yin yoga, and vinyasa yoga, along with stress release from pranayama and meditation. One class will be dedicated to the right method of performing Surya Namaskar, that the students can then practice by themselves if required.
