"When it comes to physical fitness, everyone has inertia to do physical exercise n needs a daily dose of motivation.When most of the yoga programs provide with sessions of limited time, the participants return to the cocoon of lethargy once they spend the initial spirit after the event. Devleena stands unique in this regard, as she conducts sessions everyday for an affordable charge and with freedom to join any time session if one skips any event. She is also a dedicated teacher who takes individual attention on progress of students. Her classes are well tailored to regain flexibility of body n recieve all other benefits of yoga. I would certainly recommend her sessions to mark difference in one's life. "

She understands how our body reacts and depending on the requirement she inculcates Cardio Fitness with yoga along with meditation during the session. Her yoga sessions with meditation has helped me a lot to balance my work and personal life where I am more peaceful and stress free after starting training with her. Added to this she takes utmost care on both mental and physical health of clients by doing counselling when needed and by suggesting a proper diet chart with prompt follow up.
