Further, it is better to study chemical kinetics and catalysis before proceeding for organic chemistry as it would be helpful for getting a clear picture for reaction mechanisms.

If you start with the organic chemistry then try to raise the question why this reaction is taking place? What is the driving force? If possible try to understand the mechanism of some important reaction , this will explain many questions about the reaction . Practise all the questions in exercise. Revise the topics in every month. For Physical chemistry , study all the laws and formulas carefully . Practise numerical problems in the exercise . For Inorganic chemistry , grow concepts in chapters like coordination compound , periodic table etc . For metallurgy, s, p,d and f block elements you to selectively choose some portions. For doubts you have to clarify it from school teacher and internet .
