Double coincidence of wants. As Ramu wants rice in exchange for shoes, similarly the other person requires shoes for his personal use (maybe), and he has only rice for exchange. So if the situation is seen from other person's point of view, it's an absolute requirement (want)of both, and that's a coincidence.
