"The demo session was not up to the mark. She asked me several questions and I also answered them but then I asked her a query regarding my syllabus but she directly said that she cannot help me with this. This was not expected at least in a demo session! "

"I was at the beginning hsk2 level and especially had difficulty in listening and reading fast. The sessions with Ms. Sonia has helped me improve these two aspects as we went through both the main textbook as well as exercise book completely for hsk2 and 7 lessons of hsk3. Apart from this we also did additional reading from another book of similar level (hsk2/3). This introduced me to lot of new vocabulary. She also encourages speaking and writing our own sentences based on new vocabulary learnt. Ms. Sonia has lived in Beijing and in (a place near) Shanghai for many years and has an experience with the actual usage of the Mandarin language in these places. This made the classes interesting because of cultural trivia that she shared during the sessions. The schedule of classes was followed through as decided but there was also flexibility to reschedule it when there was conflict. "

"The teacher is being very unprofessional during my demo she did not actually take a class she just asked me what I’m studying why I needed it and while she thought me she wasn’t being clear and I had stopped my classes in half cause I didn’t need German again I requested the teacher to send back the rest of the money and she said ok later she leaves me on seen and when I tried contacting her she said she’s not going to give me back the money and acted very unprofessionally she is not a women of her words I have proof that she doesn’t stick to her words. I will not suggest to take classes with her cause she’s not a good teacher and she’s not professional. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEACHER"

Dear michelle, first and foremost I am sorry if there is a misunderstanding. Your perspective that you did not attend all classes is not true. Infact you have attended all classes including those which you have not attended because of your personal matters. Talking about commitment, for 10 classes you have attended our understanding was to cover first 3 chapter but later you have shifted goalpost by adding more content. Even than we tried to accommodate your wishes and enabled you to appear for your exam. Now if you say that you have covered all this in only half of the classes and have not even attended the demo is what is called "Unprofessional". Still wishing a very best for your future.
