"There are a lot of skills in our personality which we really do not classify as a skill or ability because we are skeptical about it being of any use or not. The thing about Dr Sanjib is that he has incredible deductive skills and he will be able to guide you on the basis of all such parameters (skills/abilities). I for myself, was not sure about numerous such parameters but he could draw a conclusion on the basis of those too. You will not have second thoughts after the counselling or think that maybe if you would have mentioned something else a different better path could have been suggested to you. It is pivotal that you are honest in all the questions there are in the psychometric analysis and you will be surprised by his interpretation of your responses. Such a counselling will not only help you choose a better path for yourself but also it may bring out to the forefront certain traits of your personality that can help you being a better person and strongly improve you decision making skills. "I met Dr. Sanjib Acharya four months back at a point in life when I had no clue what my next step should be. I was not confident about my past decision and therefore I saw absolutely no sense of where to go next. I had a hundred thoughts in mind but lacked perspective. This was after my graduation with amazing grades. So, motivation was never an issue for me academically. That's when I thought of Career Counselling and found this gem of a person within some 15 minutes into my google search. I could easily reach him on his personal cell and booked an appointment for two days later. The session started with me venting out all my issues, of which he made notes. He was inquisitive all through which helped my issue of opening up to a new person. He asked me a lot of questions and it almost felt like all my thoughts were sorting themselves out as I was responding. This was followed by an assessment of 10 minutes which was for him to understand my strengths and where all I lag. After this, he discussed all the possible paths I could consider getting into. He narrowed it down based on my skills, interests, time and comfort zone. He gave me planned path for each idea in writing, which I shall always treasure. And I am doing well for myself today. All in all, it was an experience of a kind and I am extremely grateful I found him at my first go at counselling. "

"I am shocked to come across how frustrated people can write any rubbish on experts to damage their reputation. Either they are from the rival group to have there monopoly in the market by damaging others credibility or they themselves are gone cases.Dr Sanjib gives lots of respect when you speak to him on telephone or face to face. He is so humble & gentle. He is not the person who will ask first deposit money & then take appointment. He takes fee only after the full session.If you call him or office for an inquiry then never expects to receive calls after calls to lure you for visit. He is not bothered whether you visit or not. So genuine he is. How can one say he is after money. Once you are counseled by him even after years you want to take advice from him he gives you on phone or email. One frustrated writer says he has zero education. Let me say Dr. Sanjib is very knowledgeable with vast education background. Research on him in the internet with an open mind & do not go by these nonsense comments. I am a great fan of Sanjib Sir as he has put me in the right career into digital marketing when after graduation i was totally lost. Two years ago i had taken career counseling session from him & still i am in touch with him. He is an amazing career counselor & fantastic human being. You must visit him once. He will never dishearten you. Moreover he only counsel selective students & not everyone.Trust me he is a too good career counselor."

"Its my honour to write a review on my loved career guru Sanjib Sir though i am a small person in front of him. Sir is a fantastic career counselor or i may say him GURU. His patience, loving nature, career explanation, comfort giving, guidance and helping nature is fantastic. One meeting with him and your are done with all your career confusion. He is a too good career counselor. I must advise you to consult him at the beginning stage during high school when u r choosing your stream and deciding your career.
