Teaching for a primary students is very challenge. Best in co- ordinating , overall development and interaction with both students and parents. Evaluating both formative and summative process of an student. The improvement and logical creative activities with a slow learner and fast learner. Fun filled activities in a subject wise models. Physical and mental exercises and solving the worksheets for each and every subject related. I am also playing a role of a class teacher. Each and every students remarks , study level and interaction between the peer groups and feedback on each subject and language teachers. Collection of feedbacks on each child is very challenge and convey the feedback, regards and appreciation to the parents is one of the biggest task as a class teacher. Preparing the lesson plan which is most effective to both the level of the students which is evaluated by the senior authority and school administrator. Overall development and energetic for both students and teacher bonding takes place. The Teacher is the one who moulds the young mind with updates and enrichment of overall development to be as a good citizen to our country.
