40-45 min Asanas practice is enough in a day for three times a week...but as a beginner, one can start with mild shukshma Vyayam for minimum 15-20min a day and can gradually increase the time 🙏

Yoga can be practiced for any amount of time that you are comfortable with. Gradually you can increase time when you get use to it. You should target 30 min of yoga practice daily.
