This is an open reading lesson for everybody interested in learning or gaining any knowledge about vocal music or who is suffering from breathing problems while singing.
There is a difference between our breathing system when we are conscious and unconscious, for example when we sleep our stomach gets full of air and pressure of breathing comes onto the stomach as we take breath-form our mouth. Exactly that way we need to take breath consciously through our mouth and make our belly full of air so that when we sing any note or melody or the produce first sound through our vocal cords, it can last long. Then you can see the difference when you breathe only through your chest and nose and when you make your diaphragm inside your stomach full of air and then sing what happens.
Because to sing for an extended period, we need to get stable with our breathing. For that, there are some exercises.
Like, lower octave notes practice and stay on one note as much as you can.
Also, it would help if you did pranayam and breathing yoga.
So this was my lesson for music lovers, singer and learners.
Thanks!
