Having worked with fresh recruits, people looking for jobs and after speaking with them, realizing they do not have a clue of what they want, I have assembled this course on "Dreams to reality" "Dreams to reality" is a set of laws, understanding of which is really important. The mentees go through intense self-assessment, using a set of tools, questions and exercises. They then agree on a direction they want to take. To help them arrive at decisions, they are provided guidance on how to use various decision making & mind mapping tools. When a mentee is ready to commit, they are taken through realistic goal-setting and action planning modules where they themselves work on achievable and outcomes. There is only one way to success – being prepared and doing what it takes – this is what the mentees then do and report on progress every week. This is a life time learning and practicing, not for the weak-hearted. I look forward to work with you should you decide this is what you want.
