I’m a fitness professional & a health coach who loves to educate people about diet, nutrition and fitness. I want to introduce myself briefly. I’ve lost 70kgs of weight, which is nothing but a nightmare once upon a time, and I’m truly grateful to say that I’m in the best shape today. All through this while, I’ve realised there’s a science behind this process. Determination and hard work alone would not pull the trigger; you should understand how the body works & reacts to whatever we do & I know how strongly people would take a determination to lose weight or build muscle, whether it might be women or men, but end up falling behind the process due to lack of proper mentorship.

I feel I can empathise with the other person’s goal and would love to help people in their journey. With all the knowledge and expertise I’ve gained in my journey, I don’t want to let that be with me. Breaking the myths and stereotypes around fitness is something I deeply admire, and I would be happy to see the smiling faces of people who have achieved their goals.
