Having rendered as a *Master Trainer (Tot) for Softs-skills, with effective *Grammar* Communication training (as a prime asset) for more than a decade (over 12 years), I am glad to cite the recently concluded project I was working with the *Andhra Pradesh State Skills Devp Corp* program, under the Ap Chief Minister's governance that aims at developing the standards of the Unemployed Youth in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh., which enabled Me not only ponder the vital aspects of people thriving with high-end qualifications in today's highly competitive job market due to their lack of simple *communication* skills, but I also earned laurels as the 2nd best trainer among 55 (plus) trainers in various towns & cities in Andhra Pradesh.
