"My teaching experience related to Science Olympiad has been both rewarding and enriching. I have had the opportunity to coach students in various scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry and earth science. My approach involves hands-on experiments and interactive learning, which helps students grasp complex concepts more effectively. In preparation for the competitions, I organized weekly practice sessions where I focused on both individual and team events. I emphasized critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging students to collaborate and share ideas. Additionally, I provided them with resources such as past competition papers and guided them through mock tests to build their confidence. Throughout the process, I witnessed significant growth in my students, not just in their scientific knowledge but also in their teamwork and communication.
