IdentityI’m an IIM Shillong graduate with a robust background in banking and education. My career spans over a decade, including nine years with the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in the Corporate Branch, followed by a year at HDFC Bank. My professional journey, combined with my MBA, has equipped me with extensive insights into both the banking industry and advanced business management.
Teaching and mentoring have been my passions since childhood. I’ve successfully guided students preparing for IIT-JEE and other competitive exams, many of whom have secured places in top institutions like IITs and NITs. During my tenure at SBI, I also mentored junior staff in preparing for P.O. and MBA entrance exams, using a balanced approach of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
