Let me congratulate you that you are looking to improve your personality, which very few think of. However, the real successful people are a small percentage of the population and have different traits. Try to understand what I say. Very few have clarity about what they want. Very few find the right mentors to guide. Very few see the right platform to help them succeed. Very few find the right platform that suits their skill. Everyone has some skill developed over the years, but very few have the demand in the marketplace.
After understanding this, you need to focus on developing skills that have demand always. It would help if you were a learning machine, find a particular niche, and keep upgrading yourself of the constant changes that come and can see future trends.
Find the right mentors to learn the right skills, develop the right mindset; you cannot grow beyond yourself. It would help if you upgraded yourself continually. Should need to establish the vision and ability to see the future. Learn communication skills, leadership skills, intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, negotiation, sales, and marketing (we are continually selling ourselves or being sold to people around us of various products and services), reading personal development books, and develop a circle of the right kind of people, your environment plays a significant role in your nurturing. Discipline, punctuality, hard work, smart work, the delegation of tasks, time and money management, trust-building, not being gullible, ability to take risks and learn from them and be not foolish enough to repeat the same mistakes, public speaking.
These are many points that help you go to the next level, and as you master these, you will find new things that you need to develop.
Overall, very few have the patience to do all these, that is why as I said there are very few who are successful on this planet and it will be so in future also.
