I am an exercise science professional from Kerala. I have nine years of Experience in Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding contest preparation, Arm wrestling, Power lifting and weight lifting, and nutrition.

Educational Qualifications

I have done my ug degree in Bsc physics and Btech metallurgical and materials science engineering.
I hold Diplomas in Personal training and high-performance nutrition.
I completed my NSCA-certified strength and conditioning specialist course and currently pursuing my Post graduate degree in Sports biomechanics and kinesiology from Tamil Nadu physical education and sports university Chennai.
