I have diverse multicultural experiences across Asia and Latin America. I posses expertise working with children in the Early Years 2 to 5 year olds teaching in the EYFS for last 9 years. I am passionate about learning through play and inquiry via continuous provisions. I am a team player, I love to learn and share my expertise with colleagues and exhibit positive interpersonal relationships.

I build secure and professional bonds and dialogue with parents of my pupils, empathising with the needs of parents and the pupil aligning with the schools policies and values.

I am a keen observer and carry out thorough formative and summative observations of my pupils and efficiently meet the needs of the children developmentally and academically.

I am enthusiastic about continuous professional development and always looking forward towards new learnings, especially technological skills pertaining in the field of Education.

I can effectively and fluently communicate in English, Spanish, Hindi, Marathi and basic Mandarin that helps suffice the needs pupils multilingual backgrounds. I help bridge the gaps and barriers between languages and potential speech delays and others through use of Makaton and social stories that I confidently accomplish.

I am also a certified coach for culture at work and I am looking forward to carry out my journey that of a coach.

I understand thoroughly the importance of child protection and safe guarding and and have completed all the updated educare child protection courses and comply by them.
