IdentityAs a computer engineer with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, I have always been passionate about health and wellness, which led me to explore the world of yoga. Recognizing the profound benefits that yoga offers both mentally and physically, I decided to deepen my knowledge by enrolling in the Yoga Teacher's Course at Yoga Vidya Gurukul. This intensive program provided me with a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy.
Since completing the course, I have been actively teaching yoga online for the past four months, where I have successfully guided a diverse group of students. My classes cater to individuals with specific health concerns, such as PCOD, knee pain, and weight management issues. I have developed personalized yoga routines that not only address these conditions but also promote overall well-being.
In addition to yoga instruction, I provide customized diet plans tailored to each student’s specific health issues. By integrating proper nutrition with yoga, I help my students achieve optimal results, whether their goal is weight management, pain relief, or improving overall health.
