I am a yoga, meditator cum zumba instructor and an accountant by profession. I am providing online/offline classes for physical fitness in different forms. I am certified through the USA Yoga Alliance for both adults and kids. My key skills are destressing our emotions and letting our bodies listen to our new minds. And we become healthy in all ways. My accomplishments are my 17 years of journey of my life coming out of trauma, stress, multiple abusive relationships, single mother of a teenage girl, being unemployed for the past few years, multiple job changes, etc etc. I kept maintaining myself strong, and powerful. If I can maintain my health while ul, fearless through exercises including weight lifting, yoga, and zumba. And on & on.
Going through all these above-mentioned situations in life plus as a thyroid patient you can.
