This course is for Children, Adult as well as for geriatric persons for basic and advance health management where the person will be provided fitness assessment, fitness training, nutritional advice, psychological counselling and YOGA training if required.
One can learn about how to stay FIT, how to be positive and assertive towards own health & fitness as well as overcoming on stress, anxiety.
One also learns about how to be motivated during the whole day & how fitness boosts their productivity.

A person should have to be with YOGA Mat, Shoes, track Which should be comfortable during exercise, Etc. Rest will be guided by us.
